An excellent example of our work is the new class of static dissipative
polypropylene compound, Nexstat-10C896. This compound can be can be molded
with consistent resistivity in the range of 106 - 109 ohms/sq. Nexstat-10C896
is designed to eliminate ‘hot spots’ in molded parts for complete protection
of static sensitive components from damage from trapped tribocharged or
field induced voltages.

NPI recycles and compounds post industrial plastics to provide cost effective, high performance plastic resins for film, pipe, sheet extrusion and injection molding applications. We specialize in, LLDPE/LDPE, HDPE and PP compounds. Using our state of the art plastic recycling lab we can use our compounding expertise to create cost effective solutions for demanding customer applications. NPI produces over 100,000 million pounds of plastic resin each year for distribution internationally. These products are delivered in boxes, bags, pneumatic truck and shipping containers.
