Plastic Recycling
Nexcycle Plastics manufactures LLDPE or linear low density polyethylene for film and pipe applications. As a lldpe recycling company, we manufacture lldpe resins from post-industrial recycled scrap LLDPE for a variety of products made using the extrusion or injection molding processes, i.e., plastic film, pipe, bottles, bottle caps and bags. We specialize in LLDPE compounds used for pipe and injection molding applications. Our signature product, NPI – 01LL/LD Mixed Color is manufactured from recycled linear low density polyethylene. It may be used for film or pipe extrusion where recycled materials are permitted. NPI – 01LL/LD Mixed Color is especially suitable for trash bags and flexible pipe applications.

Linear Low Density Polyethylene Film and Pipe
Polymers such as linear low density polyethylene or LLDPE feature a significant
number of shorter molecular branches which give it a higher tensile strength
and impact resistance than LDPE. It is very flexible and will stretch
under stress. It can be used to make a thinner plastic film, with better
environmental stress cracking resistance, high chemical resistance and
good electrical properties.
LLDPE Applications
Linear low density polyethylene is often used for plastic bags and sheets,
plastic wrap, pipe, containers, for protecting cables and as geomembranes
or flexible tubing. Our recycled LLDPE resin is often used as a film grade
in the extruded process where it is cut into granules and then formed
into bags and a wide range of other products.
