We recycle post industrial polyethylene for making all kinds of bags including t-shirt bags. Once the post industrial scrap is reprocessed into small pellets, flakes or film, it is sold to manufacturers for making new plastic products. Why T-Shirt Bags?
An important part of the plastic packaging family, t-shirt bags are typically made with low and high density polyethylene for superior tensile strength and tear resistance. Defined as a type of plastic bag, t-shirt bags come with a handle which makes them easier to hold and carry. These bags are relatively inexpensive and can be customed designed with printing and graphics with a contemporary look. Convenient, reusable and recyclable, t-shirt bags are strong enough to carry all types of products from groceries, magazines, books, jewelry, clothing and small gift items. Durable and flexible, t-shirt bags have made it possible to move and store more goods while providing excellent protection against moisture and dust.

Resin Properties For T-Shirt Bags
Key processing and physical properties for our polyethylene products include melt flow index (MFI) and density. As key indicators of melt strength and flow for processing, a lower melt index means a greater melt strength. At the same time, a higher melt index means a faster melt flow which helps in film forming. High density polyethylene is often used to create bags that are stronger and have less clarity than lower densities of polyethylene. On the other hand, bags made using low density polyethylene will have more clarity, but are not as strong as high density polyethylene bags.

Applications for Recycled Polyethylene
As recyclers and suppliers of polyethylene for making t-shirt bags, our products are used for a wide range of packaging applications including film, sheeting, wrapping and tubing. Because of their unique properties, our recycled polyethylenes are used by a wide range of industries from food processing to industrial packaging, and sanitation. Most of these products are created using blown and cast film molding processes and range from flat t-shirt bags to plastic covering for seats, mattresses and pallets.
